Returns and Exchanges
Returning Original Works and Non-Print Products:
30-day money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with your original or non-print purchase. The artwork or product must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged. Return shipping cost at customer’s expense; customer must insure original artwork for return.
Exchanging Non-Print Products:
To make a product exchange please let us know via our website. The new product will be shipped out upon the return of the original, undamaged product; return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Return or Exchange of Art Prints:
Please contact us via the website contact form to discuss return or exchange. Art print returns and or exchanges maybe subject to a 12% restocking fee.
Shipment Arrives Damaged
If your package arrives and the box is damaged, please contact us immediately through the website. Before opening the package, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. You may open the package to see if the product has been damaged (hopefully it is only superficial) but if the painting, print or product is damaged, please photograph the damaged.
NOTE: Every original work of art is photographed before and after it is packaged and before it is sent to you, for insurance purposes. All original artworks are insured for transportation.
Shipping
Original Works and Non-Print Products:
Original works are shipped in the U.S. via UPS Ground, shipping times range from 1 to 5 days. International orders are shipped via FedEx. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Non-Print Products such as hats and cards are shipped via USPS for all U.S. and Canadian orders. International orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping rates are based on weight and vary depending up products destination.
Art Prints:
We ship worldwide with USPS and FedEx. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies
- Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.
- Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
- All additional Crate and Freighting Fees will be billed separately after processing your order.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
- If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us via our website contact page regarding your shipping preferences.
- APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
- Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
- We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
- Shipping quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us via our website contact page with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome. Please contact us via the website and we will be happy to discuss your request.
Commission Work
Spencer welcomes working with customers to create unique and creative work that is specific to your desires. Please contact us via the website to discuss any ideas you have regarding commission works. A non-refundable deposit is required, but if you are not totally satisfied with the completed work, a full refund minus the deposit will be issued. We should all live with artwork we love.....
